This building was a re-roof project that originally had a 48 mil Saranfil roof, that was installed in 1997. The roof was nearing its end of life which prompted the owner and local contractor to contact SRP Building Products. It was discussed between all parties that the dry insulation would remain as is, while also adding some R value on top. Approved applicator, Provost Roofing, completed the installation and a 20 year warranty was issued by Sika Sarnafil.
